The more standardized operation of bag-making machine is as follows:

1、Preparation work before starting the machine

①Check whether there is dust and debris around the equipment and remove them.

②Get on the film roll according to the requirements of the production notice.

③Adjust the size of the bag according to the production notice and process documents, install the heat sealing knife and adjust it initially.

④Slit the position of cutting knife and heat sealing knife.

⑤Turn on the power and set the heat sealing knife temperature according to the process document.

⑥Enter the relevant data of bag making and the required number of each tie.

⑦Select the pattern edge with large color difference left and right to adjust the photo eye sensitivity to make it reach the requirement.

2、Start up the machine

①Start the main motor and run at low speed, then adjust the edge position control to divide the film pair in the middle position.

②Adjust the left and right pinch rollers to align the left and right film, adjust the front and rear pinch rollers to make the pattern right.

③Adjust the heat sealing knife to make it heat seal in the required range of the bag.

④Adjust the slitting blade to the required position and adjust the perforation position to the scissor opening.

⑤Adjust the machine speed initially and take a sample bag that is flat out once for preliminary inspection.

⑥In the production process, observe the bag-making situation at any time to find abnormalities and adjust immediately.

3、Shutdown

Disconnect the main power switch, and then disconnect the power switch of each part.
